Tâches :
Under the guidance of the director, execute provincial program delivery in compliance with the requirements of funding partners.
Manage projects and program services ensuring the continued effectiveness of provincial operations and program delivery.
Establish strategic and operational plans with respect to the future directions of the provincial programs and projects.
Evaluate and improve program curriculum, in collaboration with the business coaches, develop content and material forworkshops; deliver and facilitate workshops when needed
Exigences :
Business Administration, Management or related degree
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in managing a project at a non-profit organization
Have a strong understanding of the economic development service needs of the English-speaking regions of Quebec
Sensitivity to the challenges facing the English-speaking communities in the regions
