Yes! All our services are free for job seekers, collaborators and employers.
We meet job seekers individually to understand their needs and learn more about their professional skills and abilities. An employment counselor will set up an action plan with the participant to determine their professional aspirations. We then look for job offers, opportunities and employers that match their profile, or examine training programs if necessary. We communicate regularly with our participants in order to offer support, as well as keeping them informed and updating them on professional opportunities that arise.

After a pre-screening and a thorough analysis of each party’s needs, we recommend candidates whose profile corresponds with the skills sought by employers.
No! We are a community organization that is specialized in providing free employment assistance, subsidized by the Ministère du Travail, de l’Emploi et de la Solidarité Sociale.
Yes! Certain programs are available depending on your situation or disability. After an analysis of your needs and condition, we can recommend the appropriate solution for your situation.
An employment counselor will work with you to help you find and properly integrate to a job that is conducive to your needs and of interest to you. Your employment counsellor will be able to answer any further questions you may have.
