COVID-19 Update– The health of our personnel and our participants continues to be our priority. During this pandemic, we continue to offer all of our services while respecting all the health measures recommended by Santé publique du Québec. We have adjusted our schedule and our available in person and remotely.

If you wish to receive services in person, please note that as soon as you enter the building, it is mandatory to:

  • Wear a mask
  • Keep a two meter distance
  • Wash your hands upon entry with hand sanitizer at your disposal 

The receptionist will ask you questions related to COVID-19 upon your arrival. You must complete a visitor register at the reception. 

The reception area as well as the offices of our employment counsellors are all equipped with plexiglass. There are also arrows on the floor which identify clearly the path to be followed to ensure safe movement around the office and for proper social distancing. 

It is mandatory that all clients wear a mask at all time during their visit at AIM CROIT.

Please also note, due to some inconveniences caused by COVID-19, we are experiencing a service delay that is higher than usual. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we thank you for your understanding. Despite this delay, we remain committed to serve you in an efficient manner. Thank you for your patience!

Also, during this pandemic, we suggest that you be particularly vigilant regarding the state of your health, as well as your family’s health. If you, or a member of your family, presents with one or similar symptoms indicated below, we ask that you please do not visit our office, and communicate, without delay, the COVID phone number at 514-644-4545 in order to determine whether you should make an appointment to be tested for COVID-19.   • Fever : oral temperature of 38.1° C (100,6 °F) or more
  • Sudden loss of sense of smell or a loss of taste
  • Cough (new or worse)
  • Shortness of breath, or difficulty breathing
  • Stomach aches
  • Vomiting
  • Diarrhea 
  • Sore throat
  • Runny or stuffy nose
  • Major fatigue
  • Significant loss of appetite
  • General muscle pain (not related to physical exertion)
