Board of directors

The strength of our Board of Directors lies in its knowledge of the community, its diversity and in the involvement of its volunteers. Our directors prioritize our mission as well as the objectives we have established to serve our clientele. They also understand the importance of providing our clientele an environment that promotes equity, diversity and inclusion.

Additionally, the Board of Directors at AIM CROIT ensures the management of the organization, the development of business, in compliance with its constitution, while maintaining the best interest of the participants.

Composition and Meetings

Composed of members from various fields (community, union, legal, university, financial, human resources and philanthropic), they make sure there is equitable representation while ensuring that each sector contributes in their own unique way.

Re-elected every three years at the Annual General Meeting, the individuals at the Board of Directors meet quarterly to discuss business opportunities as well as the proper functioning of the organization. These meetings are reserved for voting members and administrators.

Deposit an Application

To become a member of AIM CROIT’s Board of Directors, you must submit your resume, and a letter of intent for the desired position. You must detail your qualifications as well as the ways in which your contribution will benefit the organization. Your application will be reviewed by the Board of Directors and you will be notified if you are selected for an interview. The status of your application will be determined by a vote from the Board of Directors and subsequently validated at the Annual General Meeting.
