Additionally, the Board of Directors at AIM CROIT ensures the management of the organization, the development of business, in compliance with its constitution, while maintaining the best interest of the participants.

Composed of members from various fields (community, union, legal, university, financial, human resources and philanthropic), they make sure there is equitable representation while ensuring that each sector contributes in their own unique way.

Re-elected every three years at the Annual General Meeting, the individuals at the Board of Directors meet quarterly to discuss business opportunities as well as the proper functioning of the organization. These meetings are reserved for voting members and administrators.
